Introduction

It is known that mining activity has been remarkable for many centuries along the history of Roncegno. This website is about mineralogical findings in Roncegno Valsugana and elsewhere, aimed to promote cultural exchange and, as well, for curious people. The research does not limit itself within the known mining sites, it includes instead less known places, landslides, banks of mountain streams and ancient ore piles.
Pictures were taken under sunlight, mostly on photographic film.
